Eligibility for Exchange / Refund
• Only full-priced items are eligible.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.
• Requests for exchange must be emailed within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Our pieces are free size. Please refer carefully to the size chart provided before purchasing.
• Refunds or exchanges due to sizing concerns or personal preference (not to your liking) will not be accepted.
• If the item received differs from your order, we will resolve the issue promptly.
Customer Responsibilities
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs, unless the error was made by Puella Noors.
• In cases of incorrect shipments, Puella Noors will cover the shipping and handling fees.
Exchange Details
• Exchanges are allowed once only, and all exchange transactions are considered final.
• Approved exchanges will require a shipping and handling fee.
Pricing Adjustments
• If the exchanged item is lower in value, the difference will not be refunded.
• If the exchanged item is higher in value, customers will need to pay the price difference.

- Secure Shipping: For a secure and traceable exchange process, send the items using a reputable courier service with tracking.Ensure the safety of your exchange items in transit. Puella Noors will not be held responsible for any loss during transportation & don't forget to email us the tracking number for your reference.
- Exchange Approval: While we strive to accommodate every exchange request, Puella Noors reserves the right to deny exchanges based on certain conditions, even if the specified criteria are met. We will notify you promptly regarding the status of your exchange request.
